Mr Dobbert may be a kleptomaniac but so is everyone else.

If it can be collected we probably do collect it.
Things like tokens (and everything else)can go dierctly to the class teacher.

The exceptions to the rule are ink-cartridges/toner that can go to Mr.Dobbert and batteries that should go in the container in the office.
