French Penpal Visit

On 8/03/2006 (arrived 9th) the French children from our twinned school Pontaille in the South of France visited us for the weekend.

During their time in the UK the French children visited our school and met their 'pal' from year 5 who they had been paired with.

As part of their visit to Blackpool they got to visit the town hall and the mayor.

The French staff got a 'token' to keep from Blackpool also, but a slightly different one to the children.

As a thank you for inviting them our French friends brought a big 'merci' basket full of goodies for us to enjoy.
