Winmarleigh Trip 2006

On Friday 3rd - Sunday 5th some of Years five and six forsook school and the weekend to go and mess around at Winmarleigh Hall activity center. They left at lunchtime on Friday and returned sometime on Sunday afternoon.

Although the satellite photo makes it look very green, it was very white at the time because we happened to go just as we got the early March snow that panicked the NorthWest. Mrs. Wygladala would have said it was planned like that!

We all found it much snowier than Blackpool even though it wasn't very far away. The lack of natural sea-salt in the air didn't help the roads though.
