Year one is one of those classes that has escaped change this year. It is still home to Mrs.McGrath and Mrs.O'Mahoney.

Together with our teaching student, Miss.Rotherham, ICT-mouse oversees YearOnes ICT lessons every wednesday.

Autumn 05

IctMouse went to the zoo to visit some of his friends, the children drew some of them using the computer and our painting program.

The next week the children made cakes for ICT Mouse's birthday, which is the 29thNovember (to remember for next year), again using our computer painting program.

Summer 05

In Year 1, our art lessons were about sculpture. We read the book 'Flanimals' by Ricky Gervais and were inspired to make our own monsters out of clay to scare away bad things.

We had lots of fun!
